Where is the Virginia Christmas Spectacular held?
All performances will take place in the main sanctuary of Thomas Road Baptist Church located at 1 Mountain View Rd. Lynchburg, VA 24502.
When are the performances?
Performances will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Dec. 7, 8, 9 & 10 and 6:30 p.m. on Sunday Dec. 11. 2:00 p.m. matinees will be held on Saturday and Sunday beginning at 2:00 p.m. The running time of each performance is less than two hours.
Is it reserved seating?
Yes, all seats are reserved. However, tickets will be available before shows for purchase in Main Street at the ticketing booth. To be sure you have tickets, place your order now by clicking here.
When do the doors open for a performance?
Doors will open one hour before each performance. Please allow plenty of time for travel and parking.
Will my online credit card transaction be secure?
Yes. Credit card transactions are processed with industry-standard security methods, and credit card numbers are NOT stored in our system.
Are there refunds or exchanges for tickets?
No. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges. If you cannot use your tickets for some reason, we suggest that you share them to someone else who might enjoy the performance.
May I use “e-tickets” that I print myself for admission?
Yes. As soon as the transaction is complete, our system will confirm your purchase with an e-mail. If you chose e-tickets as your method of ticket delivery, those e-tickets will be attached to your confirmation e-mail as PDF files. To print the tickets on your home computer, you must open them using Adobe Reader. If you do not have Adobe Reader installed on your computer, you may download it by clicking here.
Will I get an e-mail confirmation of my ticket purchase?
Yes. As soon as the transaction is complete, our system will confirm your purchase with an e-mail. If you chose e-tickets as your method of ticket delivery (only available for performance tickets), those e-tickets will be attached to your confirmation e-mail as PDF files. Do I get a receipt for my online purchase?
Yes. Once your order is complete, you may print your confirmation page using the print function of your browser. Also, a detailed copy of your order receipt will be sent to the e-mail address that you provided when checking out. Please be sure to check your Junk Mail or Bulk Mail folders before contacting us if you do not receive your receipt in your e-mail.
Can I order the DVD online and how will I receive my DVD?
You can order online by clicking here. One week after the performance, you will receive a package containing your DVD copy of the show.
Do you provide wheelchair seating?
Yes, there is limited wheelchair seating available. All of our wheelchair seating is in the Main Floor and Terrace areas. Please note that accessibility to any seating area other than the Main Floor requires the use of stairs. The balcony is not recommended for those who have difficulty climbing stairs. Do I have to buy a ticket for my child?
Every person (including children) in attendance must have a purchased ticket.
Will you provide childcare?
No, At this time there will be no childcare provided.
Do you provide translation for the hearing impaired?
Yes, our Hearing Impaired Ministry will provide translation during the Thursday, Dec. 8th, performance at 7:00 p.m. Hear Impaired tickets are to be purchased through the TRBC Hearing Impaired Ministry or the Main Street ticketing booth.
Our church loves to bring a large group to this event. How does that work?
We are delighted to welcome large groups and we can easily accommodate your needs. You may choose to make an evening or day of it and enjoy the Christmas Buffet in our Fellowship Hall as well. No discounts are provided for large groups, but purchasing tickets as soon as they are available will allow your group to sit together for the performance. Is there a discount for Senior Citizens?
No.
Can I take pictures?
No. For the safety of our performers and the comfort of our other guest, we do not allow personal video equipment or cameras of any kind in the Worship Center. This performance is protected under copyright law and no videotaping or photography is permitted.

Do you use special effects?
Strobe lights, fog, loud noises and other special effects are used during the performance.

The Virginia Christmas Spectacular Ticket Booth, located on Main Street inside Thomas Road Baptist Church, will be open during normal Main Street hours and before and after Worship Services.
